Answer Automation UI

I served as lead designer on the product development team tasked with rebuilding and redesigning the most trusted answering service in the multi-family housing industry. With a user-base of nearly 10,000 monthly subscribers, it was critical to simplify tedious tasks while at the same time create a more cohesive and scalable user experience that integrated a mobile add on. The result is an easy-to-use tool that makes scheduling on-call maintenance staff faster and provides valuable analytics to property management.
